• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications across new and existing product lines • Own features end-to-end — from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and iteration • Architect and evolve our core stack (Python, FastAPI, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes) • Translate complex business and product requirements into elegant, reliable technical solutions in collaboration with Product and business stakeholders • Drive improvements in performance, reliability, testing, and CI/CD practices • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and accountability • Perform other duties as assigned

• Own major features or workflows end-to-end — including mission lifecycle, upload pipelines, and offline-first sync — with a focus on reliability and correctness in live deployments • Debug and resolve complex iOS issues spanning state management, networking, concurrency, and hardware integration across the Modal and DJI app variants • Improve app stability, performance, and logging quality to reduce iOS-side bugs in mission execution and edge cases • Collaborate with backend, autonomy, and QA teams to deliver well-integrated, production-quality features • Contribute to iOS architecture decisions, code quality standards, and mobile best practices across the team

• You’ll lead the design and growth of our Packet Core (EPC/5GC), ensuring our network scales effortlessly as our global traveler base doubles and triples. • You’ll be our primary architect for global connectivity, managing roaming coverage through IPX/GRX providers and securing bi-lateral agreements that keep our users online everywhere. • You’ll dive deep into signaling procedures across 3G, 4G, and 5G NSA. When a connection fails, you’re the expert who decodes the "why" using tools like Wireshark to look under the hood of Diameter and GTP signaling. • You’ll fine-tune critical network flows—from the moment a user "attaches" to the network to the creation of high-quality voice and data bearers—ensuring every byte is delivered with precision. • You’ll lead design reviews and manage the "Acceptance Testing" (ATP) phase to ensure our partners deliver to the high standards our users expect.
