User Centred Design Practitioner

NEC Software Solutions

• Provide support from experienced User-Centred Design Practitioners across a range of disciplines • Collaborate with a Health Public Body on a significant long-term programme • Participate in forming evidence-led solutions at scale to transform public services • Engage in participatory co-design and ethical research practices

Job Requirements

  • Experience working as a UCD Practitioner in a Multidisciplinary project setting
  • Experience working on GDS (Government Digital Service) projects, or the NHS standard equivalent
  • Experience in the UK public sector
  • Experience working on health-related projects or services
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Leadership or mentoring experience (for Senior/Lead roles)
