Vice President, Global Filter Engineering – Industrial

• internationally engineer the air we breathe • hold global responsibility for Filter Engineering within the Industrial Business Unit • lead international engineering teams across Europe, USA, and Asia • shape the global product and innovation portfolio • actively drive the future of industrial air filtration technologically, structurally, and culturally • act as a strategic architect, pragmatic executor, and recognized technical authority in filtration • lead the global Filter Engineering organization, including people development across teams in Germany, USA, China, and India • manage budgets, cost centers, and the global intellectual property portfolio within Filter Engineering
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Extensive experience in product or engineering leadership, ideally within industrial air filtration.
- Proven experience in leading international teams, with strong lateral leadership and people development capabilities.
- Solid background in innovation and project management, with a strong execution and prioritization mindset.
- Experience in standardization, industry associations, and external technical committees, with the ability to build and leverage global networks.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with execution strength, empathy, and the ability to build external professional networks across industry, academia, and associations.
- Fluent English language skills (German and other additional languages are a plus).
