Technical Project Manager, Professional Services
Procurify
• Lead the end to end project lifecycle for third party ERP integrations. You will ensure that the data flow between Procurify and systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks or others is robust, accurate, and scalable. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ERP related projects. You will provide the expert guidance needed by Customer Success, Support, Product and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful go live outcomes. • Help own, create, and update critical technical assets including scoping documentation, project documentation, and solution design enablement materials. • Develop detailed workflow diagrams for integrations to visualize data movement and ensure repeatable project success. • Define the "order of events" for complex integrations, providing the Implementation team with clear technical roadmaps and the tools they need to scale. • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex integration friction. You will act as the bridge between Technical Support, Product, and Engineering to advocate for the customer and resolve deep technical hurdles. • Conduct high level reviews of custom integrations and API configurations. Your goal is to maintain technical integrity, data accuracy, and long term stability for our clients. • Occasionally collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to vet potential customers. You will ensure their technical environment and requirements are a strong fit for Procurify’s integration capabilities.
Job Requirements
- ERP Experience (Required): You possess deep, professional experience with ERP ecosystems. This is a core requirement for the role; direct experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Business Central or others is highly preferred.
- Experienced Professionals: You have at least 3+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar client facing technical role within a SaaS environment.
- Integration Pros: You have strong proficiency with RESTful APIs and testing tools such as Postman. Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato or Tray.io is a significant asset. JSON and XML data format understanding is required.
- Technically Literate Solutioners: You can read and understand scripts (Python and JavaScript) to diagnose issues and guide solutioning, even if you are not writing them from scratch. You must also have a good understanding of SQL tables and basic queries.
- Architectural Thinkers: You have a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical mapping documents that ensure data integrity.
- Operational Owners: You take full accountability for the technical success of a project, ensuring no milestones are missed during the implementation lifecycle.
- Clear Communicators: You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for both executive stakeholders and technical API consumers.
