Responsibilities IT Program and Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of multiple IT projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role involves developing program roadmaps, tracking metrics, managing risks, and ensuring fiscal discipline across the division's budget. The manager will also document project scopes, schedules, and deliverables, facilitate collaboration across teams, and ensure successful completion of all project outcomes. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to manage program governance, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement effectively.
