Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A

• Own and elevate the revenue forecast: Lead our monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting. • Strategic business partner: Work closely with C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence strategic decisions. • Drive transformation: Design and implement scalable improvements to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to support long-term growth. • Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. • Executive storytelling: Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored for leadership. • Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
  • Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop junior talent.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.
