- Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based companies through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. - Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs across tech and professional roles. - Engage with HR leaders, founders, hiring managers, and procurement teams. - Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the CRM. - Research target accounts, hiring trends, and industry needs. - Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activity. - Collaborate with internal sales and recruitment teams to refine messaging and targeting. - Consistently achieve outreach and meeting-booked KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience.
  • Proven ability to engage US-based decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (US business communication preferred).
  • Strong resilience, organisation, and target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned to US business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling staffing or recruitment services into the US market.
