• Researching, qualifying, and generating leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. • Contacting potential clients in both the US and Canada through prospecting outbound channels to set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales execs. • Presenting our company to potential clients, identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions that improves our win rate. • Contributing to the development of an effective sales process to further the results from this system. • Developing “out of the box” sales strategies and sharing learnings across the team. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and expand the customer base. • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities utilizing CRM software. • Develop meaningful relationships, rapport, and trust with our potential clients. • Meeting personal and team monthly sales targets, and reporting and providing feedback on progress back to the team.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in technology, EdTech, and/or software companies.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
  • Familiarity with CRM software, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to convey yourself and the product clearly through verbal and written methods.
  • Organized and with a heightened sense of detail while operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You're an avid listener with a swift ability to solve issues.
