• Drive substantial business outcomes that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints across hardware and software touchpoints • Lead discovery efforts including user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence • Establish success metrics that span the entire product experience • Partner with engineering, business, and executive teams to align on product and design direction, presenting concepts and rationale with confidence and clarity • Lead end-to-end design processes for major product features across web, mobile, and tablet experiences • Facilitate design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions that bring together diverse stakeholders • Build strong cross-functional relationships that ensure feasibility without compromising vision • Champion human-centered design while leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance design workflows • Maintain design standards and actively contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints • Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure product and design excellence • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices

• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-friendly experiences • Design end-to-end flows, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to move projects from concept to launch • Effectively communicate and present design solutions to stakeholders across the company • Contribute to and help evolve POWR’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability • Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.) to inform design decisions • Partner with other designers to give and receive feedback and continuously improve design quality
