Role Overview Summary/Objective: The Senior Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic connector between Talent Management and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, ensuring enterprise talent strategies are effectively activated across the organization. This role strengthens alignment between strategic priorities and field execution—equipping HRBPs to drive leadership development, succession planning, engagement action planning, and culture initiatives with greater focus and consistency.
