• Handle medical records requests and follow up with patients, doctors, insurance providers, and attorneys • Prepare and send itemized Letters of Protection (LOP) statements • Consolidate medical record requests and billing statements into clear, single communications for attorneys • Manage and track weekly patient signature records • Schedule patient visits accurately and efficiently • Compile and maintain Progress Note Reports • Follow up on outstanding evaluations and progress notes to ensure timely completion
