Job Description Job Title: Transformation Analyst Reporting to: Head of Transformation Location: Luxembourg, London or Amsterdam Business Unit:Global Financial Solutions Contract: Permanent, Full time, 40h/week Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Travel: Required The Transformation Analyst acts as the operational backbone of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), playing a key role in supporting the delivery and governance of strategic transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring documentation integrity, producing executive-grade materials, managing the meeting cadence, and maintaining the integrated transformation roadmap across workstreams. As the first hire within a growing Transformation Analyst pod, this position offers strong exposure and impact from the outset. The role reports initially to the Head of Transformation, with the reporting line evolving as the TMO scales. Some of the things you will be doing - Document production (40%):Build and maintain high-quality presentations and working papers for working sessions, leadership updates, and stakeholder briefings, translating raw inputs into clear, structured, and polished narratives - Analysis & roadmap (35%):Maintain the integrated transformation roadmap in Smartsheet; support KPI tracking, status reporting, and trend analysis across workstreams; contribute to building dashboards in Power BI (development area, training supported) - Meeting management (15%):Take end-to-end ownership of Transformation Management Office (TMO) meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, preparation of pre-reads, facilitation support, minutes, action tracking, and ensuring follow-through to closure - Documentation governance (10%): Own and manage the TMO documentation repository, including taxonomy, version control, naming standards, storage discipline, and quality assurance across all workstream artifacts What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need? - 3-6 years of experience in PMO, transformation, consulting, or analyst roles - Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to produce executive-level storytelling and materials - Strong proficiency in Excel - Working knowledge of Smartsheet, or demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly - Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management tools - Exposure to Power BI is a plus (and can be developed on the job) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft content on behalf of senior stakeholders - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset with ownership of tasks - Experience in the financial services or fund industry - Prior exposure to transformation programs or PMO environments - Familiarity with change management practices or process documentation - Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and bring structure - Team-oriented mindset with the potential to grow into broader responsibilities as the Transformation Office expands What will make you stand out - Experience in the financial services or fund industry - Prior exposure to transformation programs or PMO environments - Familiarity with change management practices or process documentation - Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and bring structure - Team-oriented mindset with the potential to grow into broader responsibilities as the Transformation Office expands About Us CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide. • Conduct competency-based interviews (with a focus on the DISC methodology) in a structured and empathetic manner; • Analyze behavioral and technical profiles with a high level of accuracy; • Draft detailed technical reports on finalists; • Ensure the ATS and calendar are updated in real time, making sure no candidate is left without feedback; • Present finalists to client-company hiring managers, explaining your technical evaluation; • Propose new ideas to make our processes more agile, ethical, and humane.

• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations across modules including procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses • Configure the Coupa platform (forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures) • Design and execute data migration strategies (suppliers, COA, open POs, contracts) • Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate interfaces • Own testing cycles, including unit, integration, and UAT; track and resolve defects • Support post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses aligned to Coupa best practices • Build trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both working teams and executives
