Reporting and Compliance Analyst

• Connect companies, cultural and sports projects, and tangible social outcomes. • Work as part of a team focused on Incentive Laws, ensuring that each resource is used with transparency and responsibility. • Study and apply key Incentive Laws (Culture and Sport). • Assist clients via email, phone, and online meetings. • Analyze data to authorize payments (CNPJ and CNAE codes). • Review fiscal/tax documents and clear them for payment. • Request documents and bank statements and monitor expenses. • Organize, file, and update documents on the network. • Prepare and submit account reports in systems such as SALIC and SECEC.

Job Requirements

  • Technical certification or degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) or related fields.
  • Previous experience in accounting and/or finance.
  • Basic Excel skills for organizing and analyzing data.
  • Comfortable providing client support (email, phone, online meetings).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
  • Availability to work 100% remotely under CLT (Brazilian labor contract).
  • Basic understanding or knowledge of Incentive Laws (Culture and Sport).
  • Experience in preparing financial reports for incentive-funded projects.

The role is responsible for ensuring documentation integrity, producing executive-grade materials, managing the meeting cadence, and maintaining the integrated transformation roadmap across workstreams. As the first hire within a growing Transformation Analyst pod, this position offers strong exposure and impact from the outset. The role reports initially to the Head of Transformation, with the reporting line evolving as the TMO scales.
