Role Description The SI Mentor (Tutor Supervisor) will directly supervise and evaluate a team of Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leaders on a daily and weekly basis. The SI Mentor conducts quality assurance reviews of SI resources, including live sessions and recorded videos. The SI Mentor will also track and report attendance data for the live SI sessions, supervise SI Session Question Survey submissions, address student emails and inquiries, and keep accurate and timely records of SI Leader performance. Additionally, the SI Mentor will assist the Online Tutoring Services (OTS) Director with administrative tasks and projects as needed and maintain open communication with supervisors, students, and professors.
