• Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of repair projects involving the construction, rehabilitation, and restoration of OSP facilities • Overseeing the OSP repair process from conceptualization to completion including interfacing with field technicians, collaborating with field supervisors, and managing work performed by contract vendors and internal repair teams • Monitoring and managing the quality completion of work and resolution of issues while reporting on the progress of multiple projects and updating internal tracking systems • Creating, approving, tracking, and managing all CMS requests • Operating as the single point of contact for all plant damage and emergency dispatch of internal and external repair teams during normal operations hours • Assessing damage situations, engaging contract vendors, and providing CMS documentation to coordinate and monitor completion of repair activity • Driving contract vendors performance to align with Brightspeed’s standards

• Optimize warranty and services sales offering • Ensure best-in-class operational performance • Participate in the development of new services • Review and improve existing processes and products • Leverage technology and data to decrease costs and maintain customer satisfaction • Central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders • Set up financial targets and planning infrastructure

• Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers • Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models • Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions • Use data-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners

• Use your previous experience and skills to review, challenge, and ultimately improve existing processes and products • Leverage technology and data decreasing costs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction • Ensure best practices are known and shared between all local entities in Europe • Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management in a high-functioning team environment • Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal, Finance and external partners for future project rollouts • Turn our extended warranty and maintenance subscription program into true powerhouses: set up financial targets and planning infrastructure, implement cost-controlling procedures, design training materials, optimize product content and increase revenue through targeted revenue management & renewal initiatives
