Job Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, including 5+ years leading and developing teams (manager of managers strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience setting and executing a multi-year data architecture and governance vision
- Strong technical foundation — you've made the architectural calls on modern data stacks (warehouse, transformation, BI, cataloging, governance tooling)
- Experience designing for scale — you've built data systems and team operating models that hold up as the company doubles
- A clear point of view on AI's role in the data function
- Track record of driving standardization and enforcing standards
- Exceptional influence and alignment-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build out a new operating model and shift culture
- Excellent communication
