Role Description As a Credentialing Specialist, you will: - Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application intake, submission, tracking, and payer follow-up. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements while maintaining accurate provider records in CAQH, NPPES, and internal systems. - Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, monitor credential status, and support efficient provider onboarding and operations.
