Role Description We're looking for a strategic financial leader to join our team as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, you'll be at the heart of how AbsenceSoft plans for the future – partnering with executive leaders, driving smarter forecasting, and translating financial data into insights that shape our growth. If you're a collaborative, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to meet you. - Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. - Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering alignment with organizational goals and professional growth. - Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO. - Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR, and collaborate with department leaders on performance insights and variance analysis. - Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships. - Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in financial reporting, while supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes with Accounting. - Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with advanced Excel skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, or equivalent.
