Role Description This is a remote role for LatAm candidates only. As a Senior NetSuite Consultant at Plative, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for our growing Field Service Management (FSM) and Manufacturing practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for a "Consultative Leader," someone who doesn't just apply configurations but actively challenges and advises clients on best practices in logistics and warehouse operations. You will own the project lifecycle from discovery and design, to configuration and UAT, leading complex FSM implementations and ensuring that complex business processes are translated into scalable NetSuite solutions. - Lead client discovery sessions to map manufacturing and distribution business requirements to NetSuite best practice. - Manage and deliver complex NetSuite implementation projects, including solution design and project management. - Identify and communicate project limitations, shortcomings, and issues early on, working closely with senior consultants and architects to address and mitigate risks. - Execute end-to-end configuration, including complex business logic, custom fields, and workflows. - Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes (e.g., Shop Floor, Control, BOM management), distribution workflows (e.g., Pick/Pack/Ship, Demand Planning). - Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM), designing automated preventive maintenance schedules, warranty tracking workflows, and smart dispatching boards. - Guide clients on industry-leading practices for cost accounting, landed costs, preventive maintenance, WIP & Routing, Demand Planning, and inventory valuation. - Design and lead internal QA and guide client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system stability and data integrity. - Delegate tasks to analysts and guide their development to ensure high-quality project deliverables. - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks related to scope, budget, or technical constraints with the project management team. - Raise design risks, constraints, and critical dependencies to senior consultants and architects, working together to address and mitigate issues.
