Role Description Lead the future of brain injury education. The Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) is seeking a full-time Director of Professional Education to lead and grow our nationally recognized Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists (ACBIS). This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape curriculum, expand programs, and drive measurable growth in healthcare education. Position Details: - Full-time, remote (must work Eastern or Central time zone hours) - Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 Why This Role Stands Out: - Lead one of the nation's most established brain injury certification programs. - Directly impact healthcare professionals and the outcomes of the individuals they serve. - Own the strategy, growth, and innovation of a national program. - Work remotely with a mission-driven, collaborative team dedicated to making a meaningful difference. What You'll Do: - Set and execute multi-year growth strategy and revenue targets. - Lead curriculum development, credentialing standards, and program quality. - Analyze market trends and enrollment data to guide program direction. - Partner with marketing to expand audience reach and engagement. - Build strategic partnerships with healthcare, academic, and industry leaders. - Oversee accreditation, CE/CEU compliance, and certification integrity. - Manage budget, forecasting, and financial performance. - Lead, develop, and support a high-performing remote team. - Serve as liaison to the ACBIS Board and represent BIAA externally. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field. - 7+ years of experience in professional education, credentialing, or healthcare training. - Strong background in curriculum design and instructional strategy. - Experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth. - Ability to work with boards, committees, and external stakeholders. - Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. • Service existing customers, obtain orders and establish new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade contacts. • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks • Performs other related duties as assigned.
