Financial Planning Analyst
Boeing
• Provide cost management and financial operations support to international research centers • Support daily, monthly and quarterly finance operations • Coordinate with local regional finance centers and U.S. teams • Prepare R&D portfolio reporting for local and U.S. stakeholders • Support Overhead and project management costing • Support forecasting, opportunities and risks reporting, and headcount reporting • Lead substantiation of project audits
Job Requirements
- Highly experienced business or finance professional with 5+ years of experience in a multinational and fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting operations, functions, and processes
- Experience interacting with internal and external audit teams and supporting audit substantiation
- Experience with local government external funding project reporting and auditing
- Experience leading business transformation processes, new system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
- Detailed understanding of internal financial control standards
- Ability to articulate and document key accounting processes and controls clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills, including training and coaching
- Intermediate or advance Excel knowledge
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
