• Émettre des polices d’assurance auprès de plusieurs assureurs pour les clients qui ont acheté en ligne. • Assurer l’exactitude et la conformité dans l’émission de toutes les polices. • Répondre aux demandes de clients potentiels. • Fournir des informations sur nos services pour réaliser une vente. • Identifier et contacter les clients potentiels ayant rempli une soumission sur notre site web. • Engager une conversation afin de réaliser une vente. • Communiquer efficacement par téléphone, courriel et SMS afin d’établir une relation de confiance et positive avec les clients potentiels. • Surveiller sa performance et atteindre ses objectifs quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels • Maintenir des notes précises des interactions avec les clients et des activités de suivi dans notre système CRM • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes pour atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe. • Participer à l’élaboration de stratégies pour stimuler nos ventes. • Se tenir à jour des connaissances sur les produits et des tendances du secteur. • Participer aux sessions de formation et aux activités de développement professionnel. • Évoluer vers un poste senior dans notre équipe d’assurance ou poste de chef d’équipe après vos 2 premières années chez nous.
Job Requirements
- Vous avez un permis valide de l’AMF
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que courtier ou agent
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en ventes
- Vous êtes proactif et vous avez de fortes compétences en résolution de problème
- Vous avez de solides compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et anglais
- Vous apprenez rapidement et vous avez un intérêt pour les technologies
