Role Description We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Translators specializing in English to Chinese (Traditional) post-editing, translation for IT and software localization projects. If you have excellent translation skills and a passion for technology, bridging cultures and language, this is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely on high-impact projects. - Language Pair: English to Chinese (Traditional) - Domain: IT/Software Localization - Experience: Demonstrated professional translation experience in IT/software domains - Location: Taiwan Responsibilities - Translate diverse source materials from English into Chinese (Traditional) accurately and appropriately. - Ensure translations are culturally relevant, clear and align with client specifications. - Maintain consistency in terminology and style throughout translation projects. - Collaborate with project managers and reviewers to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Perform self-review and quality checks to ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred. - Native proficiency in Chinese (Traditional) with excellent command of English. - Must be located in Taiwan. - Demonstrated professional experience in post-editing, translation preferably in a freelance capacity. - Strong understanding of cultural nuances and localization practices. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Familiarity with translation tools (e.g. SDL Trados Studio) is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment. - Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with global teams.

• To undertake face to face interpreting assignments • To undertake video interpreting assignments • To deliver high quality BSL/English interpreting services to all clients • To report to Head Interpreter and Line Manager • To maintain CPD • To abide by NRCPD code of conduct • To work well within the interpreting team
