• Joint Venture Governance • Ensure full understanding and application of all governing agreements, including: Shareholders’ Agreement and Bylaws • Prepare and lead Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and Shareholder Assemblies in coordination with the Chairman and JV Legal Counsel • Establish and execute an annual governance calendar • Define the JV’s strategy, formalize it into business plans, obtain BOD approval, and drive execution • Develop and secure Board approval for the annual budget • Maintain strong governance relationships with GE Vernova and Sonelgaz stakeholders • Design, implement, and continuously optimize the JV organization • Build and lead the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) • Define and execute JV strategy, business plans, and roadmaps • Ensure full compliance with environmental and industrial hygiene obligations • Maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) • Ensure operational excellence across Commercial operations, Project execution, Supply chain, and Manufacturing • Oversee customer relationships and commercial negotiations. • Manage production planning and supplier capacity alignment.

• Assume the EHS leadership role as the primary point of contact on site and actively support site management and subcontractors. • Promote a strong safety culture and integrate EHS into all site activities in accordance with GE Vernova standards. • Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the EHS management system and conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses. • Plan and carry out EHS audits, inspections and safety walkthroughs, including follow-up on corrective actions. • Ensure structured EHS reporting as well as proper recording, investigation and analysis of incidents and near-misses. • Implement, monitor and continuously improve the Permit-to-Work system and relevant site control processes. • Lead and support training, safety briefings and toolbox talks, and promote active worker engagement. • Coach site leadership and subcontractors to strengthen EHS accountability and ensure compliance with all requirements. • Monitor subcontractor EHS performance including qualification, onboarding and compliance with legal and project-specific requirements. • Ensure implementation of environmental management measures (e.g., waste, emissions, hazardous substances, water protection) and compliance with legal and client-specific requirements. • Ensure emergency preparedness through established procedures, drills, appropriate equipment and coordinated communication with all relevant stakeholders.

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of managers, specialists, and architects across four domains • Build a high-performing organization with clear roles, expectations, and career pathways • Define and enforce project information standards, metadata requirements, document control workflows, and digital handover expectations • Establish and lead data governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship roles across product and business domains • Guide the evolution of data architecture to support modular design, configuration management, and digital engineering workflows

• Lead all on-site construction activities for electrical and BOP works. • Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and site engineers. • Ensure effective workforce planning and resource allocation. • Maintain strong leadership presence and promote a high-performance culture. • Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures. • Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. • Oversee installation of: Synchronous condenser unit, Transformers and switchgear, HV/MV cabling and terminations, Protection and control systems. • Monitor progress against project schedule and implement corrective actions where required. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams. • Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. • Track site progress and report against milestones.
