Role Description Remote ABA Training Specialist (Full Time / $22–$25/hr) Location: Candidate location has to be in NJ Pay: $22–$25 per hour Schedule: 9am to 5pm We are seeking an experienced ABA professional to train, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring quality care and strong collaboration with BCBAs. Role Description We're looking for Nurse Practitioners with hands-on experience in perimenopause and menopause management, particularly hormone replacement therapy (HRT). You'll provide virtual consultations, assess patients, prescribe and manage HRT treatments, and support ongoing care. This is a casual contractor role, fully remote role. What You'll Do - Conduct virtual consultations with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms - Assess patient history, symptoms, and lab results to determine HRT eligibility and appropriate treatment plans - Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, progesterone, combination therapies) - Order and review bloodwork and diagnostic tests as needed - Monitor patients on HRT for efficacy, side effects, and necessary adjustments - Provide patient education on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health considerations - Document all clinical encounters in our EMR - Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care Qualifications - Registered Nurse Practitioner with an active licence in one or more of the following: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or Quebec - Clinical experience in perimenopause and/or menopause care - Experience prescribing and managing HRT - Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth environment - Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills with patients and team members Nice to Have - Licence in multiple Canadian provinces, or open to pursuing them - NAMS (North American Menopause Society) certification or equivalent training - Prior experience working in a telehealth or digital health setting
