Role Description The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, predictable delivery of business outcomes, through software and technology, by aligning people, priorities, and processes across all domains. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or related roles. - 3+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and optimize delivery performance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). • Assume the EHS leadership role as the primary point of contact on site and actively support construction management and subcontractors. • Promote a strong safety culture and integrate EHS into all site activities in accordance with GE Vernova standards. • Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the EHS management system, and carry out hazard assessments and risk analyses. • Plan and conduct EHS audits, inspections and safety walks, including follow-up on corrective actions. • Ensure structured EHS reporting and the proper recording, investigation and analysis of incidents and near misses. • Implement, monitor and continuously improve the Permit-to-Work system (work permits) and relevant site control processes. • Lead and support training, safety meetings and toolbox talks, and promote active employee engagement. • Coach site leadership and subcontractors to strengthen EHS accountability and ensure compliance with all requirements. • Monitor subcontractor EHS performance including qualification, onboarding and adherence to legal and project-specific requirements. • Ensure implementation of environmental management measures (e.g., waste, emissions, hazardous substances, water protection) and compliance with legal and client-specific requirements. • Ensure emergency preparedness through established processes, drills, appropriate equipment and coordinated communication with all relevant stakeholders.
