• Technical lead for frontend projects and architecture • Definition of a future-proof architecture (e.g., micro-frontends) • Responsibility for end-to-end development • Development of scalable applications • Integration into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab/GitHub Actions) • Understanding of containerization (Docker) • Customer consulting based on many years of experience • Ownership of technical direction and technology choices • Implementation of a robust testing strategy (unit testing, integration testing) • Continuous quality assurance and security measures • Mentor for more junior team members • Ensuring code quality through linting/Prettier and structured code reviews
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in frontend development (especially SPAs)
- Deep TypeScript expertise with modern (meta-)frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js)
- Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code)
- Ability to quickly get up to speed in new business domains
- Strong understanding of abstract concepts, scalable component design, performance (Core Web Vitals), and accessibility (WCAG)
- Experienced with modern build tools and cloud deployments
- Excellent German skills (at least C1 level), good English skills
