• Desarrollo con Web Components: Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar componentes reutilizables utilizando LitElements, asegurando estándares de calidad y buenas prácticas. • Maquetación y desarrollo Frontend: Crear interfaces modernas, accesibles y responsive mediante HTML, CSS, JavaScript y TypeScript. • Aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo: Implementar principios SOLID y patrones de diseño que garanticen la escalabilidad y mantenibilidad del código. • Participación en el ciclo completo del proyecto: Colaborar en la definición de requisitos, análisis técnico, desarrollo, testing y mantenimiento evolutivo y correctivo. • Documentación técnica: Elaborar y mantener documentación detallada de las soluciones desarrolladas. • Colaboración multidisciplinaria: Trabajar junto a equipos de diseño, backend y negocio para asegurar la correcta implementación de soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del cliente.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años en Desarrollador Frontend
- Experiencia utilizando LitElements y Web Components para el desarrollo de componentes reutilizables y escalables.
- Conocimientos avanzados en HTML, CSS, JavaScript y TypeScript , aplicados a proyectos modernos de desarrollo web.
- Experiencia en creación de plantillas y maquetación web , asegurando una correcta implementación de diseño y usabilidad.
- Aplicación de principios SOLID en el desarrollo de software, garantizando calidad, mantenibilidad y escalabilidad del código.
- Participación activa en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software: toma de requisitos, análisis, modelado, desarrollo, pruebas y mantenimiento.
- Experiencia en la elaboración de documentación técnica clara y estructurada.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios.

Role Description As a Senior Frontend Engineer & Team Lead, you will play a key role in owning and evolving the frontend domain within a small, highly autonomous squad. Your mission will be to define the frontend architecture, standards, and delivery practices, transforming business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality user interfaces. - Combine hands-on development with technical leadership. - Act as the reference point for frontend decisions while enabling other engineers to succeed. - Drive architectural decisions such as modular design, monorepos, shared libraries, and design systems. - Ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across applications. - Continuously improve developer experience and frontend workflows. - Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Contribute to broader platform decisions, ensuring seamless integration within the overall system architecture. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in frontend development, working with modern frameworks in production environments. - Proven experience with React and TypeScript, building scalable and maintainable applications. - Experience acting as a technical reference or informal team lead in small teams. - Strong experience defining and evolving frontend architectures (modular systems, monorepos, shared libraries). - Designing and maintaining design systems aligned with product and UX needs. - Experience working with microfrontends and modular frontend strategies. - Leading frontend development practices, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver high-quality solutions.
