Launch Potato
Role Description Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties. - Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days. - Identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days. - Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter. - Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one per month. - Lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by end of H1. Qualifications - Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure. - Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries. - Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency. - Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing. Benefits - Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. - Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. - Future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.

• Oversees all stages of the business intelligence cycle including understanding business objective, collecting business requirements and translating them into data requirements. • Designing and developing reports or dashboards (code and visualization). • Scheduling and deployment of business intelligence components in accordance with supplied standards and best practices. • Completing accurate and timely documentation. • Collaborates with business and technology departments to understand system data and its use, data analysis and validation, and providing support around the data and how it is integrated. • Monitors production systems for issues and resolves issues or elevate them for resolution when necessary.

Role Description The Business Intelligence Lead solves complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Business Intelligence Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. You will report to the Director, Business Intelligence. The Business Intelligence Lead defines the technologies and practices used to transform data into applicable insights. You will advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. You will exercise discernment on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks. You will use judgment that requires analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 4+ years of experience. - 2+ years of project leadership experience. - Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations. - Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and create data visualizations that move strategic direction. - Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data. - Experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment (MRA), Health Information Exchange (HIE), and quality healthcare data aggregation. - Must be able to work within the EST time zone. - Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
