BCD
Role Description Global Solutions Engineering is a team of solution subject matter experts focused on defining and communicating the ideal solution to current customers and strategic sales prospects. In this position, you and your teammates will work on our sales and client retention efforts by positioning and showcasing BCD’s products and services. The additional role responsibilities will be to act as a PPM (Progressive Program Manager), which will require a hands-on, client-focused, technically knowledgeable, and commercially savvy approach. - Strategize with Opportunity Owners (Sales and Account Management) to create a targeted plan for selling products and services to prospects and existing clients, which includes expansion, retention, and bid avoidance. - Meet with clients and prospects to understand their business travel needs and provide relevant and tailored technology solutions. - Ensure client retention, account profitability, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) leveraging BCD insights and understanding of the products and services – digital and analog tie build and foster best-in-class corporate travel programs. - Identify short-term and long-term strategies for the global program and outline solutions to achieve objectives, including measurements and timelines. - Maintain an active feedback loop to inform Product Planning and Development (PPD) of feedback, challenges, buying drivers, and overall customer impression of our tools and their value propositions. - Connect with strategic partners, listen to their thoughts and concerns, and find ways to work and benefit BCD. Qualifications - Extensive relevant work experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional time-management and project-management skills. - Competency with Microsoft Office Products and collaborative software. - Capable of managing and working in a virtual and multinational team environment. - Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus.
