AI Development Engineer

Role Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, data engineering, and model optimization, along with a strong understanding of software development best practices. - Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to support model development. - Monitor and improve model performance in production environments. - Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance solution capabilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years experience in AI Agents, machine learning, deep learning, and data science. - Proficiency in Python and ML libraries. - 3 to 5 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Requirements - Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI considerations.
