Job Requirements
- Early years of professional selling experience, ideally in direct sales, partnerships, business development, or another customer-facing role at a SaaS company
- Comfort with travel up to ~50% during the busy season (April–September)
- Not required, but certainly helpful: Experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, or contact center software—or a strong curiosity and ability to ramp quickly in the space
- Exposure to TSDs or channel partners (e.g., Telarus, Avant, Bridgepointe, Intelisys, AppDirect, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to scale output—ChatGPT, Claude, automations, light vibecoding
- Startup experience, or any environment where you've had to operate without a clear playbook
- Based in a partner-dense market, ideally Denver or Texas

Junior Collar Technician: (Fixed and/or Permanent) (5 x roles to be opened. 1 x Waikato, 1 x Oamaru, 1 x Manawatu/Taranaki, 1x Auckland, 1 x Southland) We're building something special at Halter, and we need the right people on the road to make it happen. As a Junior Field Technician, you'll be a core part of our Fleet Team, keeping our collar fleet moving across farms throughout your dedicated region. You’ll serve as a key connection between what happens on-farm and the engineering team back in Auckland, making sure collars get to the right farms, are tracked accurately, and come back to HQ when needed. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk role. You'll be out in the field, boots on the ground, driving between farms, working with farmers, and helping deliver one of the most exciting agricultural tech products in the world. • Own and grow a book of ~100–125 accounts at ~$5K/month in spend • Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new campaign creation • Build and manage portfolios of campaigns across targeting, filters, and pricing • Lead performance conversations using conversion rate, cost per call, and COA • Align bids and structure to achieve profitable customer acquisition • Identify underperformance and take action on pricing, targeting, and expectations • Partner with media and operations to improve call quality and volume • Maintain retention through consistent performance and value delivery
• Responsible for building & managing relationships with Albertsons HQ, along with divisional support. • Develop and implement account strategies, including promotional & display plans to achieve predetermined brand, volume, and Key Performance Indicator objectives for Albertsons. • Manage all Trade spend to goals with Albertsons and brokers. • Broker management. • Conduct analysis and develop presentations to increase the company feature and display activity, expand distribution, optimize shelf position, and increase volume and market share. • Proactively execute customer development strategies as identified by SVP, Sales - Retail. • Initiate regular correspondence to communicate Albertsons account progress, pricing & promotional activity, display programs, annual resets, and/or setbacks to all impacted field sales, distributor personnel, finance, operations, and management. • Work with the field sales team to develop and communicate execution standards and expectations for key selling, display events, and programs. • Use category management expertise to maximize distribution, shelf presence, cold box presence, feature ad support, and display impact at Albertsons. • Maintain and analyze distributor and market data regarding account performance, as well as SPINS/IRI performance, and prepare reports for senior management. • Stay abreast of the competitive climate in the assigned territory. • 80% of time spent selling and managing customers, distributors, brokers, and field sales communication to achieve sales goals. This will be done from the office or while traveling for customer and other meetings. • 20% of time spent working with the internal Hint team and brokers. • Travel to customers via car, train, subway, taxi, and air.
