Agency Partner Manager

• The Agency Partner Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and overseeing a portfolio of agency partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen these relationships. • In this role, you will engage regularly with agency partners through meetings and calls to discuss commercial opportunities and explore new revenue-generating collaboration initiatives. • You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct enablement sessions to ensure agency partners are fully equipped to effectively promote and sell the organisation's solutions. • You will coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure partner needs are met whilst maximising revenue potential and expanding the organisation's market reach. • You will also handle day-to-day partner enquiries, troubleshoot operational challenges, and lead longer-term planning activities including quarterly business reviews and partnership development strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and scaling the partnership program.
Senior QA Engineer

• Execution: Act as the main testing force for your implementation team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality marketing platform. • Automation & API: Design, write, and maintain robust UI automation using C#, Selenium, and xUnit, and manage API testing using Postman and Newman. • Hands-on Testing: Perform comprehensive manual and exploratory testing across the full technology stack, including web applications, microservices, databases, and Azure/Microsoft function apps. • Testing will cover the entire software delivery lifecycle, from local development to staging and post-production environments. • Team Mentorship: Provide direct help and support to the QA Engineer in your team, helping them translate their skills into real-world software solutions. • Lifecycle Integration: Participate in sprint ceremonies and refinement sessions to identify risks and improve testability before development begins. • Bug Triage & Investigation: Use SQL queries, application logs, and browser dev tools to investigate complex issues and user queries. • Release Ownership: Document test cases and regression steps in Azure DevOps and support the product deployment and release processes.

• Own the product marketing strategy for Athos Commerce’s products. • Define and communicate compelling positioning, drive go-to-market planning and execution, and support product launches that accelerate adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation. • Drive competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis and positioning with analysts, ensuring sales and customer success have what they need to close new deals. • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Enablement and Marketing teams. • Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, feature releases, and vertical initiatives. • Craft customer-focused content including sales tools, pitch decks, one-sheets, talking points, demos, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership. • Enable sales and customer teams with training, competitive intelligence, battle cards, and deal support materials. • Analyze market trends, buyer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and product narratives. • Manage Athos submission in analyst benchmark reports and participate in briefings. • Manage pricing and packaging of products ensuring competitive models, price points and alignment to target margins. • Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing programs through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
