Role Description We are seeking experienced and creative educators to develop high-quality lesson plans for Grades 1–12 across a range of subject areas, including: - Science - English Language Arts - Social Studies - Business - Humanities - The Arts - Core French - Math - Technology - French Immersion - Physical Education This is a freelance, remote opportunity ideal for teachers or curriculum developers with a strong understanding of age-appropriate instruction, inclusive pedagogy, and engaging classroom practices. Key Accountabilities - Design clear, structured, and engaging student-focused lesson plans and supporting teacher materials aligned with curriculum expectations. - Incorporate diverse teaching strategies, differentiated instruction, and varied assessment methods. - Develop content that supports inclusive, accessible, and student-centered learning environments. - Create lessons that meaningfully connect to students’ lived experiences and the world around them. - Integrate principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Culturally Relevant and Responsive Pedagogy (CRRP) in lessons. - Work efficiently within digital platforms to support agile, rapid content development.
