Role Description Gradient Mortgage Capital is seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Content & Web) to support content creation, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced lending environment. In addition to developing blog, social media, and email content, this role will play a key part in managing and maintaining our WordPress website, ensuring content is published accurately, pages are updated regularly, and the site remains a strong conversion and education tool for our broker partners.
