• Own short- and long-term workforce forecasts using historical data, trend analysis, and AI-driven predictive models • Conduct capacity planning to identify staffing gaps and recommend hiring, redeployment, or efficiency strategies • Produce monthly executive readouts covering workforce planning performance (forecast accuracy, staffing vs. demand, shrinkage), service-level outcomes and operational KPIs, org-level results and trends, with clear insights and recommendations • Develop and maintain reporting that connects WFM inputs to business outcomes (SLA attainment, productivity, cost, customer experience) • Analyze and communicate key metrics: service level, ASA, occupancy, adherence, shrinkage, and utilization • Translate complex datasets into concise, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences related to overall organizational performance including BOT insights. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Training, and Leadership to align workforce plans with business priorities • Continuously improve forecasting models, reporting accuracy, and WFM processes using industry best practices

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of workforce management experience in a contact center, service desk, or customer support environment
  • Proven experience with AI-enabled WFM platforms, including predictive analytics and automation
  • Strong background in data analysis, insights generation, and leadership-facing reporting
  • Demonstrated experience with WFM tools (e.g., NICE IEX, Verint, Genesys, Calabrio, Talkdesk, Aspect, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data visualization)
  • Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, statistical concepts, and workforce optimization (Erlang C, SLAs, occupancy)
  • Ability to connect workforce data to broader organizational performance and business outcomes
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong storytelling skills using data
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Role Description Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a Retail & Marketplace Contractor to help maintain smooth operations across our retail and marketplace channels. The contractor will be working 30 hours per week . This is an initial 6-month contract engagement, with the option to extend based on business needs. We need someone with real retail expertise who can step in with a point of view. You’ll own the operational and commercial layer of our retail business: - Managing partner relationships - Leading margin negotiations - Making sure the right things land on your manager’s desk vs. handling them yourself You operate like a true owner: independently, proactively, and with real accountability for your channels. You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing and work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and retail partner teams . This role is remote-friendly but must be based in the U.S. or Canada. Hatch is based in California, so we ask that you’re available during PST/PDT hours. What You’ll Do - Own day-to-day account management for retail channels including Target and Walmart, serving as the primary point of contact for inbound retailer requests. - Lead margin negotiations, allowance discussions, and co-op requests with retail partners. - Manage retail channels (Babylist, Nordstrom, Ulta, Faire, Meijer, Best Buy, and others) with support from our Ops team. - Own the flow of information between retail partners and internal teams (ops, supply chain, accounting). - Coordinate chargebacks, compliance requirements, and fulfillment issues with our Ops and Accounting teams. - Maintain and update the channel partner pricing sheet and retail forecast in partnership with Supply Chain. - Monitor retail listings, pricing, and channel activity across partners.
