Role Description We’re looking for a Director, Global Sales Compensation Administration to join Procore’s Finance organization. In this role, you’ll lead the administration and evolution of global sales incentive programs that power our Go-To-Market (GTM) performance. Your primary goal is to build a best-in-class, data-driven global incentive ecosystem that ensures payout accuracy, strong governance, and alignment with Procore’s strategic business objectives. As a Director, Global Sales Compensation Administration, you’ll partner with senior leaders across Sales, Strategy, Planning & Operations, Finance, Legal, and HR to design, optimize, and scale global compensation programs. Use your expertise in Xactly, SOX compliance, and commission operations to drive operational excellence, enable strategic decision-making, and elevate the impact of our global revenue organization. Join us to play a critical role in shaping how we motivate and scale our GTM teams worldwide. This position reports into a senior leader within Finance and will be based in one of our U.S. offices (e.g., Austin, TX or remote within the U.S.). We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end governance of global commission processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. - Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Strategy, and Operations to analyze performance trends and model compensation impact. - Optimize Xactly Incent and related systems, enabling scalable workflows and data-driven insights across global teams. - Build and develop a high-performing global team, establishing best practices and driving operational efficiency. - Evaluate compensation plan effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure alignment with business and budget goals. - Collaborate on strategic committees such as Compensation Exception Committee (CEC) and Rules of Engagement (ROE) to resolve complex deal scenarios. - Lead change management efforts for GTM shifts, including global plan rollouts and communication strategies. - Manage vendor relationships and system roadmaps for key incentive tools, ensuring long-term scalability and effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in compensation, finance, or related fields are a plus. - 10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Finance within enterprise SaaS environments. - 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global teams. - Deep expertise in Xactly (Incent, CEA, Quota) or comparable incentive compensation systems. - Strong understanding of SOX compliance, commission accounting, and global compensation frameworks. - Exceptional analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. - Growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for building scalable, high-impact systems. Experience working with a variety of sponsor types is preferred, including federal government agencies, state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, private foundations, and commercial entities.  - Under minimal supervision and guidance, the Mid-Level/Senior Contract & Grant Administrator independently performs moderate to highly complex contract and grant administration activities, including proposal submission, negotiation, execution, and administration of RAND's sponsored research agreements.   - Assignments at this level require the use of independent judgment and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations.
