Senior Compliance Auditor

AECOM

• Plan, participate, and lead various styles of audit programs. • Conduct/lead EHS compliance audits. • Conduct/lead process safety management and risk management program audits. • Conduct/lead supply chain due diligence/risk audits of various styles. • Conduct/lead waste receiving facility audits of various styles. • Lead development of permitting and EHS compliance strategies for client project development in various industries. • Coordinate for development and management of client EHS compliance programs for construction and operation of facilities in various industries. • Coordinate and oversee execution of EHS compliance tasks for clients in various industries. • Develop and deliver EHS training to clients in various industries. • Provide detailed regulatory interpretation of EHS laws and regulations to our clients and develop compliance strategies. • Maintain and communicate knowledge of current and emerging USEPA, OSHA, and state EHS regulatory requirements. • Develop effective business presentations and proposals for providing competitive, high-value EHS consulting services. • Build and maintain effective client relationships. • Grow existing business base through client outreach and professional relationships. • Provide mentoring, guidance, and coaching to new or less-experienced staff.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience conducting EHS regulatory compliance audit fieldwork
  • Valid Driver’s License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review
  • US Citizenship is required.
