Senior Sales Manager, Business Development
Otis Worldwide Corporation
• Lead a high‑performing team within the NE Atlantic Operating Area (OA) • Refine existing programs and build new initiatives that accelerate business growth • Develop and directly manage a business development manager sales structure • Nurture relationships with existing key customers and consultants and be responsible to help find and develop new ones • Partner with WHQ to leverage marketing and sales program offerings to drive sales • Actively participate in the handoff process to identify gaps in conversion standard work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred
- Proven sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with customers
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities
- A highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
- Creative, proactive, and strategic in approach to selling and customer engagement
- Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to sell on value—not just price
