Job Description

Working Student – Back Office, Customer Success

• Review and correct document entries (e.g., receipts) in our system • Ensure high data quality and consistency • Support the handling of customer inquiries in the back office • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on operational matters • Identify and document recurring errors or anomalies • Assist in optimizing internal processes related to document processing

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Careful, structured, and reliable working style
  • High level of accuracy and quality awareness
  • Interest in financial processes and digital solutions
  • Initial experience with data handling or commercial processes is a plus
  • Very good German and English skills
