• Perform precise entry of RX information into the ABS system from digital portal workflows in printed format. • Efficiently handle a workload of approximately 400 RX per day. • Work within a fast-paced environment to meet turnaround times as short as 24 hours. • Review and interpret RX data from multiple sources with varying formats and document quality. • Ensure first-time accuracy to prevent costly production errors and the need for remakes. • Operate strictly within defined SOPs and SLAs to maintain data security and integrity. • Coordinate with the CSR team for escalations or support as workflows are finalized. • Meet or exceed performance targets for all related KPIs while adhering to company policies.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in data entry, data processor, or related fields, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail is a hard requirement for this role.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications and data processing tools.

Role Description The Assistant Graphic Design and Data Visualization consultant is expected to assist the Women Count programme in developing graphic design, layout, and gender data visualization services as the team is continuously generating information and data because of ongoing programme activities such as surveys, regional studies, and development of key gender data toolkits. Specifically, the consultant is expected to: - Support the creation of long-form publications, including Women Count reports and related communication products as guided by the Gender Statistics specialist. - Design and produce high-quality reports, publications, and partner-led country documents, incorporating charts, diagrams, infographics, and clear, well-structured layouts. - Develop visually engaging social media graphics tailored to diverse regional audiences and platforms. - Contribute to a range of graphic design, layout, and data visualization projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Build capacity where needed amongst country office staff and partners on graphic design, layout, and data visualization. Qualifications - Completion of secondary education required. - University degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Graphic Design or Communications or a related field is an asset. - A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in graphic design with completion of secondary education, or at least three (3) years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. - Excellent interpersonal skills and flexible attitude. - Work experience with the UN and/or international organizations. - Experience in communication on matters related to human rights, gender equality, and population dynamics is considered an asset. - Fluency in English is required. - Knowledge of any other UN official language will be an asset.
