Als SDR/Setter bei Erschaffe dich neu bist du der erste Kontaktpunkt für unsere Leads – und damit einer der wichtigsten Hebel für unseren Umsatz. Du qualifizierst unsere Leads, baust echtes Commitment auf und sorgst dafür, dass nur die richtigen Menschen in die Calls mit unseren Closern gehen. Die Leads sind alle warme Bewerbungen auf unser Coaching Programm, oder Produktkäufer. Kein Kaltakquise-Chaos, sondern fokussierte, hochwertige Arbeit mit echtem Interesse. Anstellungsart: Festanstellung Das Gehalt ist eine Kombination aus Fixum + Provision. Das Modell belohnt echte Leistung – transparent, nachvollziehbar, ohne versteckte Deckelung. - Fixum: EUR 2.000 / Monat – immer, egal wie der Monat lief - Regular Closes: EUR 150 / Close (Tier 1) bis EUR 220 / Close (Tier 4) – gestaffelt je nach monatlicher Performance - Event Closes: EUR 70 / Close – pauschal, läuft separat - Rangehquote-Bonus: 80 %+ Show-Rate = +10 % auf die gesamte Commission. Unter 70 % = -10 %. - Realistisches Verdienstpotenzial: EUR 3.500 – 5.500 in einem normalen Monat.
