Buscamos un Líder Técnico para nuestra Célula de Integración CORE, un profesional con más de 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo y al menos 3 años liderando equipos en proyectos de Core Banking o sistemas financieros críticos. Responsibilities - Liderar y gestionar la ejecución técnica de la célula, coordinando prioridades y asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos bajo marcos ágiles. - Diseñar y supervisar microservicios en Java Quarkus (Azure) y AWS Lambdas que actúen como puente hacia el Core. - Supervisar la ejecución de integraciones con procedimientos almacenados en Sybase ASE, respetando las reglas de negocio bancarias. - Gestionar proactivamente bloqueos de infraestructura, conectividad o lógica transaccional entre nubes y el Core Banking. - Liderar la estrategia de calidad y validación de escenarios críticos de integración para proteger la integridad del núcleo transaccional. - Coordinar y sustentar soluciones técnicas ante las áreas de Arquitectura, Ciberseguridad y Datos de la entidad. - Potenciar el crecimiento técnico de la célula mediante mentoría y el fomento de mejores prácticas de desarrollo seguro. Qualifications - Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación o carreras afines. Requirements - Mínimo 5 a 6 años en desarrollo de software, con al menos 3 años liderando equipos técnicos en proyectos de integración de Core Banking o sistemas financieros críticos. - Java (Quarkus) y NodeJS. - Integraciones vía OpenAPI y Swagger. - Sybase ASE y lógica compleja de procedimientos almacenados. - Arquitecturas distribuidas sobre Azure y AWS. - Dominio experto de Scrum y Kanban.
