The Software Development Engineer I is a full-time role within Mastercard Launch, a cohort based, graduate development program designed to build the skills you'll leverage most as an innovator in the payments space. Eligibility requires that you currently be a graduating senior, pursuing a relevant degree. • Commissioning and optimising Building Management Systems (BMS) across a variety of customer sites. • Programming and modifying BMS software, control strategies and graphical user interfaces. • Diagnosing and resolving complex BMS software, hardware and communication issues. • Supporting functional testing, system validation and commissioning activities. • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Supporting less experienced engineers by sharing technical knowledge and best practice. • Working closely with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Service Engineers and customers to ensure successful project delivery. • Producing and maintaining technical documentation where required. • Identifying technical risks and recommending effective solutions. • Ensuring all work is completed in line with project requirements, company standards and customer expectations.
