Junior FP&A Analyst

• Build and maintain financial models across multiple client engagements • Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) • Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for clients across different industries • Conduct business performance analysis — identifying trends, risks, and opportunities based on financial and operational data • Help design and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting tools • Support fundraising and investor materials — including financial projections, cap table modeling, and data room preparation • Research industry benchmarks and contribute to market and competitive analysis • Collaborate closely with senior team members to translate financial insights into clear recommendations for founders and executives.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, audit, or investment banking.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- English proficiency at a professional level is required given the nature of client work
- Strong command of Excel and/or Google Sheets — financial modeling is a core part of the role
- Familiarity with accounting fundamentals — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements
- Experience or strong interest in FP&A, business modeling, or management reporting
- Exposure to BI or data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms is a plus
- SQL basics or willingness to learn is valued
- High autonomy and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn across diverse industries
- Strong communication skills — able to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
