Role Description We’re looking for driven sales professionals to join us as Associate Strategic Account Development Executives. This is a virtual-first, high-velocity sales role where you will introduce merchants to the DoorDash Commerce Platform, run product demos, and guide them through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to signed agreement. - Run a complete, fast-paced sales cycle, from cold outreach through signed contract and handoff to Implementation. - Drive high-volume pipeline management across a large book of SMB accounts. - Conduct virtual discovery, demos, and product recommendations tailored to merchant needs. - Educate merchants on key components of the DoorDash Commerce Platform, including POS integrations, ordering channels, loyalty features, and data insights. - Address technical and operational objections (e.g., integration capabilities, resource constraints, competing priorities). - Act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants understand how Commerce Platform can grow revenue and improve operations. - Partner with cross-functional teams—including Account Managers, Marketing, and Implementation—to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Influence product adoption and play a key role in scaling DoorDash’s next major platform offering.
