Job Requirements

  • An advanced degree is required, such as a PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, or PMP.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a hospital or health system setting.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial, director, or solution specialist role.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Relevant experience and/or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Pharmacy Board Certification, or healthcare fellowship highly preferred.
  • Specific operational expertise in central medication distribution to areas like acute care, clinic, retail, and/or compounding suites.
  • Ability to manipulate data in Excel, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools and build branded client-facing business presentations.
