• Design, develop, ship, and maintain features end-to-end in TypeScript across React frontends and backend services • Own delivery of project-level work with moderate guidance • Design and implement APIs that query, aggregate, and serve data reliably at scale • Build and operate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) • Serve as an on-call first responder for the services your team owns

• Design, develop, and maintain features across our front-end and back-end systems • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into well-architected, reliable software • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability and long-term quality • Participate in code reviews • Contribute to architectural decisions, helping evaluate trade-offs and choose the right tools for the job • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt across the stack • Help improve engineering processes, tooling, and development workflows.

• Lead technical design and implementation of complex integrations from concept through production. • Drive architectural decisions around APIs, authentication, eventing, and data synchronization. • Identify and extract reusable patterns from integration efforts to reduce the marginal cost of future work. • Ensure integrations are observable, secure, resilient, and maintainable. • Provide thoughtful technical leadership through design discussions and code reviews. • Mentor other engineers and consistently raise the quality and effectiveness of the team. • Partner across engineering teams to clarify ownership boundaries and shared infrastructure. • Contribute to prioritization discussions by evaluating trade-offs between immediate delivery and long-term platform investment. • Leverage modern tooling, including AI-assisted development, to improve productivity and quality. • Supporting services via on-call rotation
