Czech-Speaking Technical Support Agent
CB Talents Academy
• Provide essential customer and technical support to ensure a seamless experience for users. • Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day with a focus on quality and security. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mobile devices, computers, and accounts. • Utilize internal CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Native or C1 proficiency in Czech
- English (B2) required for training and internal systems
- Previous experience in a tech support environment is required.
- Advanced PC knowledge and high typing accuracy (20+ WPM)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a significant advantage.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to handle B2B interactions if needed.
