Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer insights research, specialising in hybrid qualitative/quantitative methodologies, go-to-market strategy, and translating complex data into high-impact narratives for executive leadership.
  • You possess a deep toolkit of research principles, tools, and measurement techniques, allowing you to frame complex problems and select the right approach.
  • Proficient understanding of how research directly contributes to broader marketing and business goals.
  • Experience in cross-project collaborations, proactively identifying user constraints and opportunities while working seamlessly across the entire research process from planning to execution.
  • Ensure that all strategic and tactical findings are of the highest calibre, leaving a demonstrable mark on the team’s success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

This individual uses their existing experience in the food/beverage/DSD sales sectors to own and drive business performance within the Regional Sales team. This role will also be responsible for developing local chain within the independent and small format channels.
