Community Coordinator, Multiple Languages
Time
• Identify and onboard diverse users (ages 20-70) from marginalized communities, ensuring a 50:50 gender ratio. • Conduct training sessions to understand the project and tasks. • Onboard users by helping them install the Karya app, complete profile tasks, and record a few sample audio tasks. • Guide users in completing recordings. • Ensure users adhere to task guidelines (e.g., no multiple IDs for one person). • Help users enter accurate details (language, PIN code, etc.) into the platform. • Provide ongoing assistance to users to ensure task completion and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Must have large connections in the required language/s.
- Aged between 18-55 years.
- Access to an Android smartphone.
- Ability to train and manage multiple users.
- Comfortable with using excel and other google tools

The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
